Cancellation Policy

At Alpine Ski Academy we accept cancellations with at least 24 hours notice provided there is a justified reason, such as:

• Injuries or medical problems
• Trip cancellation due to force majeure
• Other duly accredited force majeure circumstances

Cancellations due to weather conditions will only be accepted if:

• The ski resort remains closed
• Or weather conditions are assessed as dangerous for skiing practice by our technical team

No refunds will be made for adverse weather conditions if the resort remains open and classes can be conducted normally.

Alpine Ski Academy is only responsible for the ski lesson services contracted directly with us.

Any other associated services — such as equipment rental, restaurant reservations, transportation, accommodation, or others — are managed by third parties and are governed by their own cancellation policies and contract conditions.

To request a cancellation, it is necessary to communicate in writing (preferably by WhatsApp or email), indicating the reason and, if applicable, attaching supporting documentation.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice do not entitle to a refund.
