General Cancellation Conditions

At Alpine Ski Academy we accept cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance provided there is a justified reason, such as:

  • Injury or medical problems
  • Cancellation of the trip due to force majeure
  • Other duly evidenced circumstances of force majeure

Weather-Related Cancellations

Cancellations for weather reasons will only be accepted if:

  • The ski resort remains closed
  • Or the weather conditions are assessed as dangerous for skiing by our technical team

No refunds will be issued for adverse weather conditions if the resort remains open and lessons can go ahead as normal.

Scope of Responsibility

Alpine Ski Academy is responsible only for the ski lesson services booked directly with us.

Any other associated service — such as equipment rental, restaurant bookings, transport, accommodation or others — is managed by third parties and is governed by their own cancellation policies and terms of business.

Cancellation Procedure

To request a cancellation you must notify us in writing (preferably by WhatsApp or email), stating the reason and, where applicable, attaching supporting documentation.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance do not qualify for a refund.
